Q: Are your wigs glueless?
A: Yes! All our wigs are designed to be glueless. They have adjustable straps inside for a secure fit. We also include an extra elastic band for even more grip, so you don't need to use any adhesive.
Q: Is the wig ready to wear?
A: Almost! When you receive it, the lace front will be untrimmed (uncut) so you can customize the hairline to fit your face perfectly. You will also need to tint the lace with foundation or a special spray to blend it with your skin tone. If you'd like us to cut the lace for you, just let us know after you order!
Q: What's the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
A: This is a great question!
· Raw Hair is the most natural hair you can get. It's unprocessed, which means it's super durable and can last up to 5 years. Because it's so pure, you can dye it to very light blonde colors easily.
· Virgin Hair is also high-quality and from a single donor, but it's lightly processed to make every bundle consistent and ready-to-wear. It's soft, versatile, and can last up to 3 years. You can dye it to lighter browns and honey blondes.
Q: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A: Yes, but it depends on the hair type.
· Raw Hair: Yes! It's perfect for dyeing and can be lifted to very light blonde (#613 and above).
· Virgin Hair: Yes, but be more careful. It can be dyed to lighter browns and honey shades, but may not lighten as easily as raw hair.
Please note: Once you dye or bleach the hair, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q: What cap sizes do you offer?
A: We offer three sizes to fit most people:
· Small: 21 - 21.5 inches
· Medium: 22 - 22.5 inches
· Large: 22 - 23.5 inches
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: After we finish making your wig (which takes 7-10 business days), shipping is fast!
· UK Orders: 1-2 business days.
· International Orders: 3-5 business days.
We ship with trusted carriers like Royal Mail and DHL.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom nature and health regulations for wigs and hair extensions, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
The only exception is if you receive a faulty or damaged item. If that happens, you must:
1. Email us immediately at spruceehair@gmail.com (within 7 days of delivery).
2. Return the item to us within 14 days, in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, using a tracked shipping service.
We cannot accept returns if the hair has been worn, washed, cut, or styled in any way.
