Spruce Hair Shipping Policy.
At Spruce Hair, we strive to get your beautiful, custom-made wig to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping times, costs, and procedures.
Please note that all our wigs are made to order. The standard production time is 7-10 working days before your order is ready for dispatch.
UK Delivery Options
UK Standard Delivery
· Cost: £6.50
· Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-5 working days.
· Service: Your parcel will be shipped with Royal Mail and is fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
· Receiving Your Order: A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a delivery card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange your delivery.
UK Next Day Delivery
· Cost: £15.99
· Dispatch & Delivery: Available for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm. Orders placed after this time, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed the next working day. This service is excluded on public holidays.
· Service: Your parcel is guaranteed to arrive the next working day before 1pm. You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.
· Receiving Your Order: A signature is required for receipt. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a delivery card.
International Delivery Options
International Express Delivery
· Cost:
· Europe: £30.00
· USA: £45.00
· Africa: £58.00
· Rest of the World: £70.00
· Delivery Time: 5-7 working days from the date your order is completed and paid for.
· Service: This is a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
· Customs & Import Duties: Please be aware that any customs charges, import duties, or taxes on international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Spruce Hair has no control over these charges and cannot be held liable for them. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.
· Receiving Your Order: Couriers deliver during normal business hours and a signature may be required. If you are unavailable, a delivery card will be left. Please note that deliveries will not occur on your local public holidays; in these instances, your order will arrive the next working day.
International Super Express Delivery
· Cost: £90.00 (Flat rate for all international destinations)
· Delivery Time: 3-5 working days from the date your order is completed and paid for. Orders must be placed before 1pm for same-day processing.
· Service: This is a tracked and expedited service. You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.
· Customs & Import Duties: Any customs charges, import duties, or taxes on international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Spruce Hair is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict or control their cost.
· Receiving Your Order: Couriers deliver during normal business hours and a signature may be required. If you are unavailable, a delivery card will be left. Deliveries are not made on public holidays in your country and will shift to the next working day.
Important Information for All Deliveries
· Tracking Your Order: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our workshop. Please use this to follow your parcel's journey.
· Undelivered Parcels: If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please first check your tracking information. If this does not resolve your query, please email us at [insert your customer service email here].
· Delivery Instructions & Liability: While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, during busy periods (such as sales) there may be delays. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Spruce Hair cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions provided to the courier.
· Unsuccessful Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will follow their standard process (e.g., leaving a card, taking to a local depot). It is the customer's responsibility to use the provided tracking information to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel. Parcels that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
